When Ordering a Catalog
We take only the information that we need to ship the catalog to you. We do ask how you heard about us in order to assist our marketing department in the best choice of advertisement. We do not sell, trade or rent our customer list with any other business, individual or organization. We do retain your name and address information in our database so that we may send you current catalogs.
Signing Up for Our Email List
If you sign up for our e-mail newsletter, we need only your e-mail address. You will receive a newsletter/sales announcement about every two weeks. To be removed from this list, simply notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do share our list with third parties to perform services on our behalf and will obtain consent where legally required to do so.
Surveys and Contests
If you participate in one of our on-line discount surveys or contests, we need to know who you are in order to give you the discount when you place your order or award your prize. If you would like to participate in a survey but remain anonymous, just leave the address and e-mail information blank. However, we will not be able to credit your purchase with a discount.
When Ordering Merchandise
